2011/02/25(金)My holiday in India is nearly finishing. The purpose of this 6 week-journey was to heal body and mind, and also to develop spirituality.
Fortunately, I could visit 3 ashrams this time. Sri Ramana Ashram in Tiruvannamalai, Sri Aurobindo Ashram in Pondicherry, and Matha Amrithanandamayi Mission (Amma's ashram) in Amritapuri, Kerala.
They are well known to the world, so many foreigners live in these areas, organise communities and seek for peaceful life and eternal happiness.
Amma, she is known as The Hugging Mother, because of her darshan (Blessing) she practises, hugging thousand of people in marathon all-night session. She listens people's problems, shares their sorrow, anxiety and gives peaceful mind with her true love by hugging. I could not see her this time as she was away for the North India tour. Some visitors come here without knowing her well, like me, but eventually can feel her love somehow during the stay.
Her 30-year of Darshan proved that LOVE can solve all problems. Love to people, animals, nature, society, work etc., so she does so many charities to not only India and also the world. Upasana-san, Japanese lady living Amma's ashram for 5 years, told me good stories, spiritual experience and live with Amma. So touching and interesting. I can not explain good enough, but Amma is just wonderful.
Living female gurus are not so many in this world, so I think I feel so lucky to have my life when Amma is alive. Some day I will have a chance to see her, talk to her, and off course, HUG!!
You know what! I heard a good thing, or I should say a great thing, from Upasana-san.
One of two ashrams in Japan is in OITA. That was the biggest surprising to know for this spiritual trip. I could hardly breeze when I heard it.
Now I am very happy to go home.

2011/02/18(金)It has come...
I don't know why, but I had sharp pain in my stomach and fever about 39 degrees on the 2nd day of Calicut. The next morning, the fever was gone, but the pain was still there.
I have been in India almost 1 month, so it would be the stress from heat, dust, heavy air pollution, croud of people, foods, etc.
The day before it happened, I had drink with my Azumino friend Yuwa-san, who is a Bharata Natyam dancer and practising in Calicut. We love drinking as some people know, but this time we had only 2 bottles of beer. It could be the bomb to start the pain.
It was very fortunate that I was with Yuwa-san.
She took good care of me, giving natural medicins, good massage, buying fruits, asking her friend for my cure, giving me good rest at comfortable accommodation, dancing and singing...
And I got well today. I could eat meals this afternoon with no pain.
I very much appriciate her for caring me and cheering me up.
Thank you, Yuwa-san. You are my Goddess in Calicut.
See you soon again in Azumino.
Let's have a good drink with our NO TENKI sisters!
Please check Yuwa-san's blog
2011/02/11(金)Auroville is an international community and well known for an eco-village in India.
In 1966, started to plan the city, and there are about 1800 residents from almost 40 nationalities now. I heard some Japanese also living here. So it is an Universal place.
I only stayed for 5 days and felt welcoming atmosphere all the time, people and nature were friendly and peaceful. Nothing like India, nothing like other places, nowhere you can find like this place, it is just unique and special.
There are many types of accommodation for visitors, youth hostel, camp sites, hotels, guest houses etc.,
I stayed at a guest house, Samarpan Beach. It is on the beach facing Bay of Bengal, the property surrounded by wall beautifully coloured with bright pink flowers, and tall palm trees giving comfortable shades. It is a paradice.
Looking at ocean all day long, watching the sun rising in the fresh morning, twinkle stars in the dark sky, feeling the sea breezing, they are all perfect for my holiday.
The owner is lovely cheerful Italian lady, living here for 5 years.
She knows everything and everyone, and off course the place for Pizza in Auroville.
The Italian owned restaurant has the greatest pizza I ever had. I watched the man making pizza closely and saw how he was spreading the dough, putting stuff like vegetables, cheese on it, laying in the fire wood oven and coming out from there. It was so interesting moment. He does a beautiful work.
Must be a popular place, by the time of lunch time the seats were full and people seemed to be all happy with his pizzas.
The owner at the guest house sometimes made pasta and salad, they were also good even if she said she was bad at cooking. Anyway, I really enjoyed here with Italian people and foods.
And now I am thinking that the next trip is definately to Italy for pizza!!
2011/02/06(日)I have been in Tiruvannamalai for a couple of days.
Maybe I was supposed to come to this little town to meet the guru called Sri Ramana Maharshi, who died nearly 50 years ago. He seems to be the most admirable guru in 20th century. Mahatma Gandhi did, too.
I didn't know even his name until I got here. And there are some books about him in Japanese, so I bought one and reading now.
He leads people to real happiness, and says it is "All is within me." not outside the world. At the Vippassana meditation course, Budda says the same thing. To be happy is to release "Shuchaku" which are "Katsubou" and "Keno". Peaceful mind brings you real happiness.
I am feeling so good and much free now after all. Just sitting at the ashram gives me good energy flow. I am glad to be here, staying calmly and peacefully with good friends met at the meditation course.
Thank you to Lisa, Tali, Erhan, Jonnie and Malar.
And special thanks to Q-Taro-san, a good friend in Oita, recommended me to visit Tiruvannamalai.
2011/02/02(水)I went to see Sri Agathiyar this morning.
YES!! There was my leaf, it was just so exciting and umbelievable.
My name, parents's names in Japanese, number of sisters & brothers, birthday, current job etc. were written on it.
It took about 2 hours to search it, I was worried if it was there or not while waiting. Then it came, it is just amazing that it was written thousands of years ago. Who knows I am coming to here and see the leaf.
Today, it was about my current condition and future in general. And each details like family, money, properties, diseases, marriage, accident etc. coming one month later. It seems to take much time to translate, so they will sent by mail next month.
Anyway, I seems to have very good life.
At my age of 41 to 42, I will marry with handsome and intelligent husband.
At 42 to 43, I will get good income from food field. Many good people will help me. And have male and female children if I do remedies and some charities.
At 44 to 46, sometimes, I will face health problem but will be cured by proper medical treatment. Through job, I will get benefits by my seniors.
At 47 to 48, I will be living with husband and children happily.
At 52 to 53, I will keep good health. But sometimes, because of my neigbours, I will loose money. So, I should be carefull with neigbours.
I will keep good income by job and business, and I will be going to do some social work.
At 65 to 70, I will face health problems, but be cured by proper medical treatment.
My life is more than 80 years.
These were written on the leaf so far.
It is great to know that I will get married in near future!!
Handsome and intelligent husband, much great!!
Enjoy my life with good happiness, thank you so much!!
I will keep working hard and doing my best to follow the written future.
May All Beings Be Happy !!
